Meet Ashleigh, our Team Administrator, who supports the entire team with administrative and operational needs. She’s also a familiar voice clients and job seekers hear on the phone, handling enquiries and delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction.
Ashleigh’s professional journey began in the fast-paced hospitality industry, where she spent 14 years at KFC. Starting as a Team Member, she worked up to Restaurant General Manager, balancing hands-on responsibilities with administrative duties. Her career progressed into business support and executive assistant roles, marking a significant milestone when she secured her role as an EA—a position she had long aspired to due to her early passion for administration.
What drives Ashleigh in her role is the combination of structure and variety. She enjoys having a daily routine while embracing the unexpected tasks that arise, keeping each day interesting. She thrives in a team environment and values the strong relationships she has built throughout her career. Adaptability, multi-tasking, and prioritisation are key strengths she brings to her role, allowing her to effectively support multiple people at once.
On a daily basis, Ashleigh manages phone enquiries, responds to emails, greets candidates, and assists consultants with various administrative needs. While she is still exploring where her career with Entrée Recruitment may lead, she appreciates the flexibility of her current role, which allows her to gain insight into different aspects of the business.
Outside work, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her family, Ben, Ivy and Saylor, who loves monster trucks, Studio Ghibli movies, and beach adventures. Their favourite pastime is camping off-grid, escaping phone reception to reconnect with nature.
