About the Role

The Executive Assistant will play an integral role for our client, providing administrative, logistic and executive support to the CEO.

Duties

• Diary management for internal and external commitments

• Organise, coordinate and facilitate busy conference calendar

• Manage travel, accommodation, and itineraries

• Preparation of correspondence, submissions, reports and presentations

• Email management and experience 

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience providing executive level administrative support

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to prioritise and multi-task to meet conflicting deadlines

• Experience coordinating a busy diary schedule

• Pre-emptive by nature and ability to use initiative
